Drop-off appointments are evaluated between our scheduled appointments and may be offered due to limited appointment availability, need for ongoing monitoring/testing, or due to severely of the potential condition.

Emergency/Walk-In Visits

Whenever possible, we see our patients by appointment only. Availability for emergency and walk-in visits is subject to our daily schedule and staffing available, and there is no guarantee that your pet will be able to be seen if not coordinated with the clinic appropriately ahead of time. Our doctors reserve the right to charge an emergency fee or walk-in charge as they see fit for patients that are brought in without prior approval by the clinic.

Our clinic charges an emergency fee for all visits outside of normal operating hours. This fee does NOT include any additional services provided during that visit and is solely the charge for the exam itself.

New clients may be required to provide a deposit fee prior to their appointment. The deposit goes directly towards services provided and any remaining balance remains on the client account for future visits. This is a non-refundable deposit.
