*Check out is by 3 PM in our automated computer system. Check out that occurs after this time will incur an additional day of boarding for said invoice. This policy is in place as check-out after this time limits our ability to use a kennel within that same day of operation for another animal.
Boarding Policies
All boarding animals are required to be up to date on their vaccinations prior to scheduling for boarding. For dogs and cats, they must also be up to date on a flea and tick preventative. The vaccination requirements are listed below:
Dogs: Rabies, distemper combination, and bordetella vaccines
Cats: Rabies and distemper combination vaccines
If your animal is found to need updated vaccines or a preventative during their visit, they will receive said products at the owner’s expense. We request your animal have vaccines up to date at least 14 days prior to their arrival for boarding to allow for proper immunological response to the vaccines.
We ask that no blankets, dishes, or toys be brought with your pet during boarding, as they may get lost or mixed with clinic supplies.
For cancellations, please call and cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled boarding time. If cancellation does not occur within this time, you may be subject to a fee applied to your account.
